Behavioral Services

(Available at Denver & Wheat Ridge locations)

ICH integrates medical and behavioral health for patient-centered care to achieve your overall wellness. We are committed to caring for the whole person beyond your physical health needs. Our Behavioral Health Counselors provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services within a systematic model of care to maximize your well-being.

Behavioral Health Clinicians

Our Behavioral Health Providers often are professionals with advanced degrees in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling.

ICH Behavioral Health Providers have scheduled visits and are available to support our medical and dental departments for emergent situations as needed.

Our integrated model facilitates internal referrals from our Medical and Dental Providers, making the process for you to see our Behavioral Health Provider easier and faster. If you are an established patient, you can “self-refer”.

Our Behavioral Health Providers offer tools and teach skills to help you in your day-to-day life to support mental wellness.
