Congregational Health Ministry (CHM) is an outreach arm of ICH that extends our mission beyond our walls to the community we serve. Our team partners with local groups at community events to provide a front line resource for healthcare prevention and education. Jeri Ajayi has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with several years of experience in public outreach, health education, and health promotion. As a community activist, Jeri’s roots run deep in promoting equity for all persons, regardless of what they look like, where they come from, or who they love. She is encouraged by public health’s comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of individuals, families, and the communities in which we live.
